Janitorial service shaped around recovery
Treatment programs ask a lot of their buildings. Residents may live on site for weeks, clients come and go for counseling all day, and every shared room is used hard. Loom Janitorial provides janitorial services that keep those rooms dependable, so program staff can put their attention on care instead of upkeep.
Service starts with a walk of the facility alongside your program or operations director. We record each area, from resident rooms, group and therapy rooms and dining spaces to kitchenettes, restrooms and showers, offices, lobbies and visiting rooms, and set the tasks and frequency for each one.
Treatment programs across Loom’s markets
Loom’s service area takes in many kinds of treatment settings.
Loom provides rehab and treatment facility cleaning in Reno, Hayward, Sacramento, Oakland and San Jose, for small residential homes and for clinics inside office buildings alike.
Resident rooms and shared bathrooms
Resident rooms are cleaned during group time or meals, so residents keep their privacy. Crews dust open surfaces, wipe door levers, switches and bed frames, clean mirrors and sills, remove trash and care for the floor, leaving personal property exactly as found.
Bathrooms and showers see the most use in any residential program. Tile, glass and shower pans are scrubbed free of soap film, drains are cleared, and toilets, sinks, faucets and grab bars are disinfected. Crews restock paper towels, soap and tissue, from the facility’s supply or ours, and dry the floors before residents return.
Group rooms, dining rooms and kitchenettes
Group and therapy rooms are turned around between sessions and after the last meeting of the day. Chairs, tables, door handles and light switches are wiped, soft seating is vacuumed, boards are wiped clean and the floor is vacuumed or mopped.
In dining rooms and kitchenettes, crews wipe tables and chairs, clean counters and sinks, wipe down the microwave and refrigerator doors, remove trash and recycling and mop floors edge to edge. Where residents share a full kitchen, cabinet fronts, stovetops and appliance exteriors join the list, and resident laundry rooms get machine exteriors wiped, lint traps cleared and floors mopped.
Protocol-driven disinfection and private conduct
Each facility’s protocol sets the disinfection steps, the products and the order of work, and the Loom crew checklist follows it line by line. Our crews use EPA-registered disinfectants and give each product the dwell time its label specifies. Terminal cleaning is available whenever a resident discharges, so the room is cleaned from ceiling to floor before the next admission.
Crews assigned to treatment facilities have bloodborne-pathogen safety instruction and work with HIPAA-aware conduct, leaving records, schedules and census boards untouched and keeping anything they hear to themselves. Every Loom cleaner is background-checked, and supervisors run regular quality inspections.
Quiet crews on the program’s schedule
Visits follow the program day. Resident rooms are serviced during groups, therapy rooms between sessions, visiting areas before families arrive and offices after staff leave. Changes to the program calendar go to your Loom contact, and the cleaning schedule follows them.
Crews stay low-key: quiet voices, carts parked out of walkways, chemicals never left unattended, and staff always told which rooms are in progress.
Lobbies, offices and cost factors
Lobbies and front desks carry first impressions for families, referral partners and new clients, so glass, counters, seating and the visitor restroom stay clean and stocked. Staff offices are dusted, emptied and vacuumed, with papers left where they are.
Cost reflects the size of the building, the count of bedrooms, bathrooms and showers, the days of service each week, the disinfection steps your protocol calls for and how often terminal cleaning is requested. Each facility receives a written quote after the walkthrough, and every client receives a certificate of insurance.
