Tasting rooms and taprooms

We clean the floors and shared surfaces in tasting rooms, retail interiors, and event spaces. Offices and restrooms receive care alongside the public areas.

Bottling, cellar and production areas

Bottling, filling, packaging, cellar and storage floors are cleaned to your sanitation procedures, and crews clean and sanitize production line equipment and food-contact surfaces with your products, in your sequence.

Tasting rooms in Napa and Sonoma

Wine country businesses live by their weekends. In Napa, cleaning is planned around tasting-room opening hours and busy weekend crowds, and in Sonoma the tasting rooms share downtown with shops and restaurants. Guest areas get the attention visitors notice first: floors, counters and restrooms.

Production spaces follow a separate plan. Bottling, filling and packaging areas are cleaned to the customer’s sanitation procedures, and a brewery taproom in a city like Rancho Cordova can include tasting-room surfaces alongside its other guest interiors, with production cleaning kept on a schedule of its own.

Barrel rooms, case goods and cold storage

Behind the tasting room, wineries hold wine in barrel rooms, case-goods warehouses and temperature-controlled storage, and breweries keep cold rooms for kegs and packaged beer. Crews sweep and scrub those floors, clear packaging debris and stretch wrap from the aisles, and clean the loading doors where pallets come and go.

That work follows the facility’s sanitation schedule, set around crush, bottling or brewing days, and stays on the production track apart from guest-area visits. Wineries that also bottle juice or run a separate food line can add that space to our food processing plant cleaning.

Lodi and Suisun Valley tasting rooms

Wine country reaches well past Napa and Sonoma. Around Lodi, family tasting rooms sit in the downtown blocks and out among the vineyards, and their guest areas get the same before-opening visit: bar tops, floors, entrance glass and restrooms. Near Fairfield, wineries and beverage plants can put tasting rooms and break rooms on one plan, with production work on its own track.

Event nights and the morning after

Wineries and breweries that host events need the space ready before guests arrive and restored once they leave. Pre-event cleaning covers floors, counters and restrooms, and post-event cleaning clears the soil an evening leaves behind. A porter can work through the event itself, keeping restrooms stocked and spills under control.

Our event venue cleaning page explains how those visits are planned around a calendar.

Floors in tasting rooms and production halls

Tasting rooms often use natural stone, which is tested in a small area before any treatment goes across the floor. Concrete in taprooms and production halls is scrubbed to lift soil, and vinyl or VCT in offices and retail corners can be recoated, burnished or stripped and waxed.

Each floor project is scheduled outside opening hours and kept apart from routine guest-area cleaning.

Guest-area visits and production work on separate tracks

Tasting rooms and taprooms follow the guest calendar, with visits timed before opening. Production cleaning follows the customer’s sanitation procedures and runs on its own schedule, often set around bottling or brewing days.

Each track has its own task list, so production work never delays a tasting room’s opening and guest areas are never cleaned with production methods.

A retail corner or club pickup room joins the guest-area list and is cleaned before opening, along with the restrooms visitors use.

Winery and brewery cleaning costs against office rates

Tasting rooms and taprooms usually price in the upper half of their local office band, or slightly above it when weekends are busy. Published 2026 office rates run $0.14 to $0.25 a square foot per month, and wine country sits above the Valley, as our pricing guide shows. Bar tops, glassware areas, guest restrooms and floors that take spills see heavy use on peak days, and event nights leave more behind. Bottling, cellar and production areas follow the facility’s own sanitation requirements and are priced separately from guest areas.

Consider a Sonoma winery with a 2,500-square-foot tasting room and retail shop plus 1,500 square feet of offices. Cleaned five mornings a week before opening at $0.24, the 4,000 square feet cost $960 a month as of 2026. Event nights, weekend crowds and outdoor patios add hours, while a taproom open only Thursday through Sunday needs fewer visits. Production sanitation is quoted from the steps in the facility’s own procedures, and a walkthrough sets both tracks.
